The Performance PI Story

Performance PI was founded in 1997.  Scott was introduced to The Predictive Index when he was Vice President of Sales for a large Telecommunications company. Scott understood the benefit Predictive Index could bring to businesses looking to make more informed selections when bringing new team members on board and then giving these employees the opportunity to perform and contribute at their highest levels.

 

Scott joined the Predictive Index team in California founded by Stephen Daniels, the son of the founders Arnold and Sally Daniels.  As a client and a partner of Stephen, Scott learned The Predictive Index on how it should be taught. He has since passed his knowledge onto the entire team at Performance PI.

 

Since our founding we have assisted hundreds of client companies across the United States make more informed hiring decisions and we’ve trained thousands of people on the power of The Predictive Index in building and managing high functioning teams.
